Service

The service and after sales are provided entirely by the dealer or retailer where you purchased the product. Should eg parts must be replaced, Van Os Medical ensures rapid delivery of these components to the dealer. The dealer will replace or repair these parts.

Of the more than 7,000 articles and parts we can supply more than 90% from stock. Through a telephone and online help desk support can be given to the dealer network. If the dealer on site or workshop can not solve the problem, the product can be sent to our repair and service department in Steenbergen. We also have a mobile workshop that can be technical problems that can be solved solely on location at the end user started.

Warranty
