The target group Van Os Medical aims at are people who have a (mobility) limitation and with the use of an aid are able to compensate (partial) their limitation. It is a wide group of users who eventually are in different phases of their lives and therefore have different needs and product solutions.

Dealers and retailers

Our products are mainly sold to selected dealers and retailers who are in the rehabilitation industry. Dealer companies take care of the distribution and delivery to the end-user. They also care for service, after sales, warranty work and repairs.

Municipalities

Delivery to municipalities result from the law for disabled facilities (from 1 January 2007 part of the Law Social Support) only happens by dealer companies who have a contract with the municipalities. Van Os Medical has an active supporting part when dealers and municipalities signing contracts. Products can be developed to the needs and specific wishes of the markets.

Insurers companies

Products that are compensated by the government can be delivered by Van Os Medical on contract basis to insurers. Van Os Medical only delivers via dealer companies and never directly enters commitments to insurers. However products can be developed on specification or wishes which are filling up a facility policy.

Care institutions

Products that are offered to care institutions can be delivered on individual basis, customer and order specific. In dialogue with the care institutions, dealer and Van Os Medical there can be flexible product concepts and solutions created.

End users

Private sale happens in the first place via retailer and dealer. Van Os Medical has an agreement with the most rehabilitation companies when products are not in stock by the dealer, they can be delivered in a short time. Private customers are also welcome to meet and test the products at our company in Steenbergen, The Netherlands.

Warranty and after sales service is completely arranged by dealer or retailer.

Van Os Medical B.V. provides for a quick delivery of parts that are being repaired or replaced by the dealer. From the more than 7000 parts, more than 90% can be delivered from stock.

With a telephone and online help desk we support our network of dealers.

 

When the dealer is not able to fix the problem on location or in his own workshop, the product can be send to our internal reparation and service centre in Steenbergen.

 

We also have a mobile workshop which can be used when technical problems acquire that only can be solved on location at the end-user.

 
 
  Distribution
 
 

 

 

Van Os Medical B.V. delivers from two locations to dealers and retailers. The headquarters in Steenbergen is responsible for assembly and carries out specific orders that are delivered on individual basis.

Also arranged from Steenbergen are parts and warranty deliveries.

Treatment of internal warranty and preparation orders are also done on location in Steenbergen.

 

From the distribution centre in Sint Philipsland we supply our own establishments in Belgium and France.

From this warehouse are deliveries send to export customers, which have no customer specific adjustments.

For the Dutch market are ExcelCare products send from Sint Philipsland.

 

Van Os Medical B.V. delivers through parcel services and shippers to the dealers.

Nearly all products and parts can be delivered from stock where the assembly time must be added up.
