What is the difference between the G5 and the G5 Modular?
One of the main differences between the two is the newly designed frame on the G5 ‘Modular’, this allows the chair to be set up perfectly for each individual, with a wide range of seat width depths and height achievable. |
Are the products covered by insurance?
| We do not offer an insurance scheme on our products, however this is something you may be able to buy from your dealership, or a third party. |

You wouldn’t be able to rent directly from ourselves but many of our dealerships will offer rental options. |
How long is the warranty on your products?
| We offer a standard manufactures warranty on all of our products, which varies on the type of product. For example our wheelchairs come with a ten year frame warranty and 12 months on other parts. However some dealerships may have offers to extend this, and you would need to talk with them to see what packages they have to offer. |
Is it possible to try one of your products?
Many of our dealerships will have our products in stock for you to look at and possibly sample if you wish. |
Can one of you wheelchairs be specially tailored for me?
Indeed they can, many of our products have a wide range of options to make sure the chair is perfectly suited for you. |
