Where can I find part numbers of your products / spares?
| All our part numbers are available in our Download centre. Navigate to the product you are looking for and click on the 'spec sheet' for product numbers or 'parts list' to find all spare parts available. |
Can I get any assistance when looking at a product?
There will always be someone here to assist you with any questions and queries that you may have. Feel free to call or send us an email and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. |
Is it possible to be updated with any product developments?
| If you navigate to “Information” then “Updates” you will find a form which you can submit depending on which type of updates you are looking for. |

Is it possible to arrange a product demonstration?
We feel that it is very important for our dealerships to have a good knowledge of our products, so they have a good idea of all the features. If you would like a demonstration please contact us and we would be happy to arrange for someone to come see you at a time convenient for you. |
Is it possible to get your products in on demo?
If you are interested in getting one of our products on demo please contact a member of our team and we will be able to discuss the options with you further. |
My client requires a specific specification which I can't seem to find. Can adoptions be made?
| The spec sheets should show all the sizes available for a particular product, which can be downloaded from the individual products page. If you need any specific sizes please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to find a suitable product for your client. |
Do you have any promotional information we can use?
| If you would like any promotional material on any of our products just let us know and we will arrange for something to get sent out to you. We also have full colour product file which is great as a quick reference point, again if you would like one or more of these just let us know. |

How long is the warranty on your products?
| We offer a standard manufactures warranty on all of our products, which varies depending on the type of product. All of our wheelchairs come with a 10 frame warranty. For further details on individual products please contact us. |
