Our core values
Some of our products are developed in-house and others together with our production partners, on an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) basis. In general, OEM projects manufacture an item according to the customer’s requirements. With ODM, the item required by the customer is designed and manufactured. We work exclusively with professional supply-chain partners that offer high-quality products and product technologies.
Our passion for innovation motivates us to continually develop and introduce new and inspiring products and concepts. We aim always to think ahead, enabling us to offer solutions that not only meet current needs but also anticipate our customers’ future requirements.
Van Os Medical head office
Van Os Medical’s head office is located in Steenbergen, together with its distribution and logistics centre. From this location, products are supplied to customers in the Netherlands, Europe, Russia and the Middle East.
In addition to this centre, we have our own showroom and repair department. Our repair department is equipped to resolve complex technical issues and provides support to dealers and customers.
Complex issues and repairs for which our dealers do not have sufficient knowledge or resources are handled here. We also carry out product updates and limited final assembly for part of our product range.
