Service
The service and after sales are entirely provided by the dealer or reseller where you have purchased the product. If parts need to be replaced, van Os Medical B.V. for fast delivery of these parts to the dealer. The dealer will then replace or repair these parts.
Of the more than 7,000 items and parts, we supply more than 90% from stock. We provide support to the dealer network through a telephone and online helpdesk. If the dealer cannot solve the problem on site or in his own workshop, the product will be sent to our repair and service department in Steenbergen.
Warranty
Van Os Medical products always come with a warranty. The length of time this warranty is valid depends on the product.
